Attention: We need to know if your Jeep has early 97–99 unit bearings.  please let us know in the comments section, (you can add the year of your Jeep, but it is not necessary) so we can include the right hardware kit with the spacers to move the caliper saddle to the correct spacing. 2000 and up will get the correct hardware kit automatically.

15" Big Brake Kit with Black Magic Brake Pads for:

The New Dual Mode 15" / 16" Knuckle kits are available in the 15" and 16" Big Brake Kit sizes.  They are ABS Compatible, made in the USA, and come standard with 48mm Dual Piston Calipers and they accept Dana 30 and Dana 44 Stock Axles, RCV Axles, Revolution Big U-joint Axles.

The New Dual Mode 15" / 16" knuckles are pre-machined to eliminate any grinding by Customer which cures any fitment issues for RCV Axle, and Revolution Big U-joint Kits!

Want to upgrade from a 15" to a 16" Big Brake Kit?  It's easy with the Dual Mode Caliper mounting built into the knuckle, it allows for both kits with only a rotor swap.  Just buy new 16" rotors and move the Caliper into the 16" position.

This is a bolt in larger front, dual piston caliper kit and the only modification required in most cases is a slight bit of grinding on the unit bearing flange so that the rotor hat will fit over it easily (we now offer unit bearings that are pre-machined, sold separately).  (Only applies to the 15" / 16" Brake Kits, the Super 16" and larger kits do not require any grinding of the unit bearing flange).

• 1990 - 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ in all trim levels including Rubicon and Unlimited.
  Dana 30 and Dana 44 front axles.
• 1990 Jeep Comanche*
• 1990 - 2001 Jeep Cherokee*
• 1993 - 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee

*Will fit Pre 1990 Inner "C" if they are converted to the TJ style Unit Bearings and upper Ball Joints.
